Terms of Service for UK Official Divergent Servers

  1. Introduction Welcome to the UK Official Divergent Servers. By accessing or using any of our servers, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our servers.

  2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to join and participate in our servers. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to play.

      • Building Rules: Respect the server's building guidelines and themes. Do not create offensive or inappropriate structures.

  5. Server Rules

    • No AFK Farming: Automated farming while away from the keyboard is prohibited.
    • World Border: Respect world border limits. Do not attempt to bypass them.
    • Server Economy: Adhere to the server’s rules regarding in-game economy and trading.
    • Modded Content: Follow any specific guidelines related to the modded content and features. Consult the server’s mod rules if unsure.

  6. Consequences of Violations Violation of these terms may result in penalties, including but not limited to warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans from the server. Server staff reserves the right to enforce these rules at their discretion.

  7. Server Maintenance and Downtime We strive to keep the server running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur. Planned outages will be communicated to players in advance when possible.
